INTEGRITY RELOCATION SERVICES RIPOFF, DISHOINEST AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!! Moving Scam! Oakland Park FLORIDA

I requested moving quotes through the internet and I was soon contacted by many companies. One of them "Integrity Relocation Services" contacted me for over a week, almost every day, to get the business. Fooled by their name, I decided to hire them for my move from an apartment to a house.

Before the moving date (July 8), in numerous opportunities I advised this company of how important reliability was, because our building management had a moving time frame (8 AM to 1 PM) because they had scheduled another move early in the afternoon. Furthermore, I also suggested that they work fast because they charge by hour, and these companies are known to strech the time as much as possible.

The day finally arrived, and it will a memorable one....unfortunately in a BAD way.

First of all, by 8 AM, my husband and I were up and with the whole placed neatly packed and ready to move.
These people did not showed up until past 11 AM!! three hours later!! WHen I called the company and spoke to Zafrit Ruvio, apparently the one who runs the circus, she advised that they were stuck in truffic. By the way, anyone who lives in Florida knows how bad traffic can be, and a "serious" business must always plan for that...

After they arrived, they started loading boxes in the elevator. We had to help them throughout the move because they seemed that they have never moved anyone in their entire lives. THey kept on dropping things although we advised that most of the boxes contained fragile items.

Soon after, in one of our trips downstairs, the security officer advised us that she heard a very loud noise in the elevator, and she thought something had broken... When we went upstairs, one of the guys was checking a box in which we had our CHINA set.

When we inspected the box three pieces of a very valuable CHINA were broken. This set has been in my husband's family for 40 years. It was a China set brought by my father in law to his wife from the Korean war. The set was given as a present to me when I married my husband. In the box that contains the CHINA there was a sign in big letters that said "VERY FRAGILE" CHINA SET.

Furthermore, one of the movers wrapped up several pieces of furniture with tape. When we later removed the tape the paint came off from them....

The movers seemed to try to do what they could, but they were so inexperienced and sloopy that we almost felt sorry for them and helped them as much as we could. They could not even figure out how to get the big furniture out of the place.

During the move we contacted Zafrit Ruvio to inquire about how we were going to settle for the broken CHINA and she said she would send a claim form.

Ten days later, since I had not received anything, I tried to contacted her, but I spoke to an individual who I tried to explained what happened, and he said "I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR PROBLEMS, JUST LEAVE YOUR NUMBER AND I WILL STICK IT ON SOMEBODY'S DESK"... So much for customer service, uh?

I e-mailed them to get a refund for my CHINA, but no response...

I filed a complain with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and they said that they had unsolved complaints from other individuals about "INTEGRITY RELOCATION SERVICES" .

I just want to make sure that nobody else goes through the same experience with this shop that they call business and ironically "INTEGRITY"....SO MUCH FOR INTEGRITY FOR ME.

BEWARE OF THESE RIPOFF PLACES! DO A SEARCH IN THE INTERNET WITH THE BUSINESS BUREAU OR RIPOFFREPORT.COM BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH ANYONE.
