IOCell Networks IOCell does not process rebates, does not pay rebates , Internet

 On Aug.24 2010 I purchased 2 IOCell 251UE USB enclosure kits from JR.com. The advertised price included $20 rebate from IOCell Networks per kit, rebate offer IN01080819. The offer says limit max 2 items per household and I registered for the promotion on Aug 24 at IOCell website. I received rebate registration confirmation email from IO Cell. Then I mailed the required documentation through USPS Certified mail. I do not use Certified Mail for rebates but the requirement stated in the form that they must receive the submittion within 10 ??? days of the purchase was a big warning sign.

 According to the tracking info from USPS website the mail was dlivered to IOCell on Aug 31 2010. As of today Oct.4 2010 IOCell website staus still shows that that they did not receive my submission.

 This is the typical case of fraud when companies to attract customers advertise rebates and then either find any reason to decline it or just claim they did not receive the submittion. Never buy anything with rebate from IOCell Networks ! 

 I filed complaint with their local BBB, put negative review at on resellerratings.com. They have 1 month to respond. The next step will be complaint to consumers afairs department of NJ Attorney General office.
