Inner Rhythm Ltd. /Kavit Haria I signed up for the Social Media Immersion course but, as this did not work for me despite my best efforts, I cancelled within the 30 days specified. St. Albans Hertfordshire

I signed up for Mr. Kavit Haria's "Social Media Immersion"course on 09/01/2013.  I put my best efforts into the course but it did not work for me.  I asked three times for Mr. Haria's Skype address but this was not made available.  I had a telephone call booked in on Tuesday, 24 September but no one called and I was at home all day. 

Totally frustrated with the lack of progress and lack of assistance I cancelled on 09/26/2013 which was within the 30 days cancellation time.  I had a reply (through their internal mailing system) confirming that a refund would be made.  I then heard from Mr. Haria who, when he read about the problems which I had experienced, said that he completely agreed with me and that a refund would be made.  He said that if this did not appear then to contact him again and he would see where it had got to.  I found that a rather strange remark at the time.  However, now, not having received my refund (57 days after I requested it) I think that I now understand why he said this. 

There would appear to be a problem with refunds at his company.  He also asked me at the time whether I might be interested in his Kindle programme and I said that I would.  Needless to say, no information was forthcoming.

I have lost track of the times which I have emailed the company.  I have tried to telephone them but always get through to the US "out-of-hours" number.  I left a message for Mr. Haria's assistant, Amanda Palmer, to call me back but she has not.

This is all most unsatisfactory from a company in whom I placed my trust.
