how can a company charge a phone bill with out permission for a service that your not aware of? thats what happen to me. my phone bill was charged 14 month for $ 13.22 for a voice mail i did not authorize. i was already getting form verizon. after speaking with " nationwide voice mail 2 times today to refund my money, a total of $ 185.08, no satisfaction. i am very upset at this. this con-company trcks you into a service you are not aware of. what a scam! they must be stopped. you have to watch all your bills with a fine tooth comb. i want my full money back from these con artists. i deal with the public and will spread the word of this company. consusmers beware

I am glad other former employees are coming aboard I do not know Samatha so its not a conspricay The owner needed something to fire me on so she went on a witch hunt and found out I have been here and on blog site I turned them in to OSHA for unsafe working conditions and also tried to report discrimination to the HR company they used needless to say she wasnt happy

The owner is suing me for my comments that I have hurt her in earning a living I have since found out through the BBB that she somehow is listed a management for the billing company ILD One of the address for ILD is her Boston Address I'm sure she doesnt want anyone to know this.

For awhile business was slow but it has since picked up just people calling to question the service charges not as many people signing up It's not anything I have cause poeple are just catching on to what goes on the internet now a days

I am an ex-employee of this company and everything that Linda said in her rebuttal is true except she forgot that they make you lie to churches and businesses on how long they have been paying for this useless service.so even if they were being charged for years we can only tell them its been the last 3 months unless they know otherwise.also they don't always give back money on minors and then they want you to offer this service for 695 who would want to knowingly pay for a useless service that is a 800# to a voice mail when most people have free long distance and cell phones.

It's a shame that this company has stayed in business so long w/ out anyone catching on to her scam.People need to come together and shut this woman down.This whole company is a SCAM and why does one business have so many different names for just one little company.This is why i had to quit i could not be apart of her scam no matter how much it pays because everyone who works there makes atleast 10 dollars an hour and you can work all the over time you want because there are so many people calling from all over the United States.they receive thousands of phone calls a day so times that by 365 days a year thats alot of people shes scamming you do the math.when i worked there i took approximately 300 calls a day on a 8 hour shift.

Thanks for your time maybe they'll get her one day!!

I do work there and I do know Mika,and yes we are out of Tarpon Springs Fl with the owner out of Boston MA and she hates her name to be given out but you can it it through the BBB. These companies are working within the legal premators but highly unethical and the local phone companies should be ashamed of themselves as well.

Plain and simple fact the company Traffix inc who runs the websites where Nationwide VM and United VB etc. advertise on are hoping that people do not fully read what is on the internet. the Demographics that are targeted people who earn under 25000 a year and with barely a high school education because we are the ones struggling pay check to pay check and are looking for that extra help. IT's many websites from lottery games to computer games music down loads survey sites recipe site are all where advertised

There are many things to protect ones self first is don't go on these sites remember nothing is free in life it all cost something period. But if you have fallen victim on this here is what you will want to do.

And the service rep is trained to try to turnit around and make you think you did something wrong if it is your email address you will bget blamed for sharing password for your email address as well tell you it was verifed thru national line data base no so true no verfiacation what so ever they accept order forms from some pretty funny names like peter pan and santa claus and these are the clean namesfrom some obscene names.

As soon as you see that first charge whether its 1295 or 1322 or 695 or 1723 call immediately to the company then be aware you also had at one time paid for some kind of setup fee either 1574 or 1883 have the customer service person email you what was supposely filled out and submitted for service it will have a date on it and in a lot of cases you will find out you hav ebeen paying for a couple of years They will only tell you of the most recent 3 charges,

After over a year of working there managemnt has now come up with a few states regulations on third party billing it only the states giving them the biggest headcahes. Get intouch with FCC, FTC, PUC, BBB, local investigative reports on scam for your area and get lawsuit against them as well I forget what time of suit it would be called and write to the Bill O'Reilly's and the Geraldo'sand dateline who investiate reports of scams . Truth be known the consumer isn't the only one being scammed she the owner even scams her employees over pay time off, evulations etc I know she will not be in business much longer,

I am an ex employee of this company I worked there for years, Nationwide voice mail, doesnt provide a voice mail service you recieve through you landline phone its a toll free voice mail, in which you are given a toll fee number to access messages.. Secondly This service is offered through several different web sites on the internet. the only way that any one could sign up... But..If you are unaware of how this happened, its because you hadn't read the information that was posted on the website that you had filled your information out on. Possibly to get free grocery coupons, what ever the incentive was.. The physical proof they have is your IP address to your computer and you dob, and ss.. The problem with society is that they arent paying attention, Maybe there was a deal that slewed you into getting the voice mail, but to not read what you were really signing up for or even looking through your monthly phone statement says enough to me on what type of people are signing up.. But based on the information I know, this is not a valid complaint unfortunately.
