International Lotto Commision ripoff recieved a letter form international lotto commision daying i's won money $315,10.00euro only Madrid Spain

I recieved a letter, saying i had won a lump sum of $315.810.00. My lucky numbers were 13, 15, 16, 21, 34, and 36. with my name attached to the ticket number 11464992750, with the serial number 211305. I contacted a man, claiming he was my claim agent, his name is Don Bablo Malvarrosa, who sayd he is a foreign operations manger of payment of release.When speaking to Don, i was told to fax and fill in the release order form with my floowing identification- licence. When i had completed this task he then told me, for the cheque to be released i had to send $2498.40 NZ, for the cheque to be insured. He could not fax me any asurerance of payment guarantee. in stead he said to 'take my word on it, and you'll be thanking me when we send your cheque' I had to send the $2498.40 NZ to a "so called " bank, and not to an insurerance company. then i decided to ivestigate. I ended up here, and have reported it in our local news papers across New Zealand, so no other person get caught up into this scam. Big thanks to the web site.....
