I was asked to fill out a survey on the internet for a chance to win a free I phone. So I filled out this survey and everything was fine, but then all of a sudden I received a bill for over $1,000.00 in the mail at my home address and there was nobody to get in contact with at the company to discuss the bill.

I have repeatedly tried to contact this magazine company to no avail, I have yet to receive a respone from them and it has been over three weeks. I no I have been robbed and this is absolutely horrible, I can not believe that it was so easy for them to obtain such personal information of mine.

I am absolutely disgusted and I will be following through with legal action. This is ridiculous that this type of behavior can go on so easily on the internet with out any type of reprecussions. I will take care of this fraudulent company!

Jellybean Services

AUTHOR: Abe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 06, 2011

To the person that stated this company may be associated with Jellybean Services, I can assure you it's not.  I started Jellybean Services, and I designed the website.  The database your application goes into is a primitive one, if you saw how it worked, you'd KNOW that there would be no way this company would have instantly got your information.  There is no easy way to get the information.  It was one of those weird concidences, I too, have been called by this annoying company.  The database we use suits the need that we need, and is only accessed by the admin of Jellybean Services..Which is a family business (So only people accessing it are family members)

Jellybean Services won't even do business with companies where their products are questionable.  I've been contacted by such companies in the past and straight up declined their business.  We won't do business with a company that isn't offering a service that is HELPFUL and a possible needed service.

I just wanted to clarify this.

Me too!

I have been harassed by this company all day long, via my house phone, as well as a cell phone that is not even mine, that belongs to a friend of mine, with allegations that I "won a trip and a diamond watch". I do not own or use any credit cards, so how they got my information, I may have one suggestion. Around the time of the theft by IMC, did you sign up for or apply for any jobs as a "phone rep" for a work at home company?

I am very careful what I sign up for, and what information I give out, but yesterday, i did apply online to be a 'work at home' rep for jellybean services, their website being (((Redacted))). Everything looked legit, and they didn't ask for any money, they just wanted you to give your name, address, phone number, and fill out an application. I beleived this was real, because they didnt ask for any money or my social security number.

Well, this is the ONLY website that I have given my house number, as well as the cell phone that my friend lets me use, that is not even registered to me, and I have only had use of her phone for the past 3 days. because IMC called both numbers within a few minutes, I can only conclude that they are affiliated with 'jellybean services', and used a job opportunity to try and scam you in another way. I filed a complaint with the ftc today, as well as filed a complaint with the do not call registry, since I am registered on there.

I am currently looking for a way to file a complaint with the Clearwater, FL police department, but I cannot ascertain that IMC is actually located there. If I can find others who may have been duped by 'jellybean services' as well, maybe I can tie those 2 companies together and go from there. My uncle is a lawyer that deals in suing debt collectors and telemarketers for harassing people, and if I can get a real physical address for IMC, I fully intend on suing them, and making them pay the people they scammed! Even though they got no money from me, I can still make them pay!

What can I do to help? I went through the training for IMC last week and once I realized what they were having me attempt to do, I walked out. I am here in Largo. Luckily, I did not sell a single one of these things. I have a major issue with the script. They combine a play on words with the emotion of making one feel as if they just won something to steal. I can share some tid bits about this company. For example, the numerous ex cons that work there. Kinda funny. Well I understand you are not amused, but I found that fact very interesting. It was pointed out to me that a few guys there had "got their lives straight since being released". Some had even "found God".
