If Joe Richards markets mold remediation services to you under the name of Mold Blasters, please note the company is not insured or registered as a legal business entity in the state of Maryland. It is adviseable that you ask to see his business license (not just his mold certification), business insurance, the product he uses as well. This guy is a Master Con Artist; on top of that, he is not good at mold remediation.
