I have purchased 4 cars now from the Jones Auto Centers. I have always been treated fairly and I am not a mormon. The entire staff has always been helpful and answered all my questions. In fact they have gone out of there way to help me with a minor problem I had with one of there cars and fixed in promptly. I will definately purchase another car from them in the future.

Just realize that their being Mormon doesn't have anything to do with it. They are deadbeats who happen to be Mormon. That is all.

My Mormon brother was working for a Mormon company and they fired him with no real cause while his wife is nine months pregnant. It has nothing to do with the church... they are just evil.

I personally wouldn't fire a man in his position until after the baby was born. But some people just have no integrity.

This all started when i asked them about the promised health insurance because my wife was pregnant, they said i was entitled to the insurance about 3 months ago, they kept telling me to just wait a few more months and I would be put on the insurance.. And when i was asking about my over time and questioned them about questionable / unscrupulous activity by the sales people, they fired me and if that was not enough, they reposed my car illegally!!!!



One employee told me they fired me for asking about my overtime and asking too many questions that was none of my business.



The day they fired me, just before I was about to leave work they parked a Dodge Durango behind my car so i could not move it. To distract me, they called me into the office of the supervisor named (Allen Painter) he told me that i did not work for them no more because I took a lunch without telling no one but i did tell (Allen Underwood) that i was going to lunch and he said ok but i did also tell my supervisor that i told the manager i was taking lunch but he said i was lying and just making up some nonsense after me being a loyal, honest and hard working employee for 2 long years.. . Then he proceeded to tell me that i was behind on a car payment! How can that be! I have all receipts from my payments which were current. They, Jones Auto Outlet deducted my car payment every month from my paycheck! How the hell could I be behind on my payment, I always showed up for work, every day!



I asked if i could get my things out of the vehicle Allen Painter told me no and i needed to get off the property before he called the police, so i asked him if i could come by the next day to get my belonging out of it and he said i dont think thats possible i would have to talk to Allen Underwood about that. I called the next day and talked to Allen Painter to see if i could retrieve my belongings and he said that will be alright so me and my wife went to jones to get my things. When we got their Allen Painter walks up to me and stood in the way of the car door so i could not open the car door, i said excuse me and he stood their for a couple of seconds then he moved i opened the car doors and looked inside but all of my belongings were gone i asked him where all of my belongings went and he said i dont know and he also said i dont care what happened to your stuff it was all junk any ways! What!? There is a digital camera, new sneakers, a used but good toaster oven and bike parts that I just purchased, a DVD Player with about 10 DVDs, and a cold air in-take system for the car they repossessed.! Also missing other important paper work in envelop, all gone!



I have been calling them but they never want to come to the phone. As of Monday I was told again, my check for the overtime was coming. I am done with their promises. I am filing with the Labor Board where I hope to get 3 times what is owed to me according to Arizona law, and I will be contacting the Attorney General and who ever else will listen.



I will also let the Sheriffs department know about the illegal activity, and repossessing of cars they should not be taking. This seems to be fraud and Jones Auto Outlet taking advantage of the less fortunate.



Here is what I am owed, and I am going to get Rip-off Revenge and my money back too, if it takes me all year!



$3,724.00 - Overtime worked: (I will get 3 times that if I take this to the labor board)



$1,700.00 - (approx)Payments made on car they took from my paycheck every week.



$ 240.00 - Digital Camera

$ 383.90 - Sony DVD Player took from car. new aprox 3 weeks old

$ 180.00 - many were used and bought at a discount



$ 900.00 - this was a case of CDs that I collected for years.



$ 11.00 - Toaster oven

$ 175.00 - Cold Air intake system for my car.

$ 125.00 - Bike parts, most used some was new

$ 35.00 - wifes almost new sneakers

$ 100.00 - approximate) miscellaneous tools

$ 50.00 - old but excellent leather jacket

$ 200.00 - Inconvenience loss of Impala title
