Their web site first offered automotive advice to me for $16, then further on wanted a $25 deposit.
Their web site SAYS they charged me $20, but there does not seem to be a way to get the other $5 back, or for that matter any money back.
I've not seem my credit card bill, so who knows what they really charged me.
In any case they claim I "accepted" the automotive advice, and there is no way to get a refund. Some satisfaction guarantee!
I don't understand how they have a BBB rating of A+ when then have literally hundreds of complaints about their charges and guarantee, except that the BBB rates BBB "members" high even with a ton of complaints.
