KINGSCOURT CHAMBERS Lies and more lies BIRMINGHAM Birmingham u.k

On October 2013 I was told by kingscourtchambers that I will get my refund within 2weeks starting from the 7th october.but this what happened:

2weeks from 7th october 2013-they said it's to do with bank issues so I had to wait for another 31working days.

31working days-after 31working days,they said they still sorting it out and it wil take another 3more weeks

3weeks-so I waited for another 3weeks which is The month of December 2013.after this they said,oops!!we didnt know that it will take another 5working days to refund money because we need authorization from their bank.i waited again for 5working days and on the date they promise that I should get my money,I didnt know that they were lying.my family and I didnt have a good Xmas because all my pay was going towarda my bills and late charges that kingscourtchambers is responsible for as they told me that I shouldnt worry coz the money will be on time to pay my bills and yet they still lied about that and I ended up paying late fees.and on 3rd jan 2014,they said its a guarantee I wil receive it on that day but still nothing happened.i called them,they barred my phone and I call from another phone,they answered it and they said it wil take a couple of minutes to get the money and those couple of minutes is the time they knock off from work.and now wen I call,they pick up the phone and I could hear one of them breathing and they just slam it and just keep ignoring my call.i had to struggle to feed my family as I have a pregnant  wife and a child to feed.iam realy frustrated.just a warning to all people ..Never ever call this people because they don't care if some1 is suffering because they are all bunch of freaking liars.
