My name is Ann, I live in Nashville. This does not make my name Cox. I know the Cox's,They are very honest,caring,reputable people. You said in your response That I was BOB COX and later said I was RUTH ANN,I am not either my name is Ann and not COX!!!!

As far as Hexe, that I posted about you slandering the cox's,You posted and modified on 12-10-2006......To make a long story short, we weren't pleased with Hexe at all, she destroyed everything, from her water bucket to her brand new dog house. She destroyed her new rubber stall mat in her pen by chewing the center out of it. I emailed Bob about her destructive behavior.
Now because you have her for sale she is past all of that!!!!YEA RIGHT!

You slamed the cox's because you say they got a dog for free and they charged you a hefty price for a FREE dog. You state that you gave $700,(That they had to take you to court to get their money)and you are going to sell for $1000.
At least they started her in obedence.So whats the problem.

You talk about how you placed the Marco pup,MAX in a better home than the cox's could give her?
I seen on your web site the picture of Max and POOR Jazzy,Sitting in front of a fire place with a PINCH COLLAR yes a PINCH COLLAR on her WHAT A SHAME. The cox's don't even use them in there training.What a great home!! I really don't think you know any better!HOW SAD

One last thing,you should learn a little about breeding and raising dogs before you hurt any more puppies!!! You say your CALLA couldn't be the cause of the birth defects in all of her puppies because she has a clean bill of health. This means nothing other than the Cox's sold you a healthy dog. I have ask for and seen Marco's
Vet check reports and they are perfect. He has no reports of any birth defects in any of his pups,and he has sired many litters.

IF CALLA'S MOTHER PIA HAD A PUP WITH ONE t******l,you wouldn't know if it was from her lines or the sires(JAGUAR).When one of her pups(CALLA) has a pup that has one t******l you know it has to be her lines. Only GREED would make someone breed CALLA again. BOB is correct she should be spayed. People like you is what is wrong with a lot of the GSD's today!!!

I know of and even tried to buy the pup that you say the lady brought back because of what you called red mange. First it was not red mange,nor out of MARCO,nor out of any of COX'S females. I can prove this because I have a copy of MARRIT's pedigree.

This is true,MARCO was in training for the 2006 Sieger Show which does not include training for BH. He was required at the last minute to have a BH in USA,because his working titles were gotten in the CZ.,And Slovac. Because of the last minute requirement The W.D.A. even refunded his money for the BH entry. Bob has 7 Dogs with a
SchH 1 title or Higher and 6 of the 7 were born in EUROPE!!!
How many of your dogs were born in Europe and How many Have titles?????? I bet you don't even own a dog with a BH or any title. Please answer.

Anyone who reads this report knows that "Ann" is BOB COX DBA VOM SHEPHERDHAUS KENNELS. Hexe was sold to me by BOB COX, he wrote me a receipt for her and REPRESENTED her as a "red sable". The Cox's got Hexe for FREE, they charged me a hefty price for a FREE dog. Once again the Cox's sell dogs with NO, health certificates, NO vaccinations, NO vet exams, etc., etc., etc.,

I did NOT get the dog for FREE. Another prime example of what Bob Cox sells and breeds. Her destructive behavior was IMMEDIATELY AFTER we purchased her, she now is in a good loving home with us, and NO longer has the "issues" she's had from 8 months ago! We had her since May. Yeah I would be destructive too if I had a home with Bob Cox. JEEZ!

The Sgt that is in the Marines, that is overseas BOB COX slammed OUR Marine. The Sgt knows the ENTIRE story about Bob Cox. So does Bob Cox's customers. He now has to twist the story once again, people are sick of you Bob Cox.

Go to the pedigreedatabase and go to message boards, search message boards and put in "baja", "baja" is his sign in name, and you will see his listings in the past for "Pia" he bred Pia and sold puppies from her, and after her first litter, he sold Pia. Did Pia breed to Marco and the result in more defects??? Hmmmmm sounds fishy huh? What happened in Decatur Bob your customer there, informed you that you sold or bred the defects AGAIN, ANOTHER defective dog???? Your pretty well known for that!
Is that why you breed one litter than sell the pups, you then get complaints, and sell the female as a proven producer.

I seen Bob's ads in the S.I. Trader, selling a 7 year old "proven" female "healthy" as a 2 yr old the ad says. I couldn't stop from laughing. According to one of your customers that's the female that passed on the red mange to the pup YOU sold her! Nice work Bob you made her wait a year and a half to get a replacement, you didn't provide her with a vaccination record or anything. Your pathetic, and you need another hobby.

I have people that have called and emailed me that told me that the pups his "$30,000" dog produced were DEFECTIVE!!! I also let them listen to the tapes of Bob, when he refused to sign off on the litter application, and his OWN words, "you thought those puppies were registerable?" "you bred to Marco for "pets" for "pets." He knew that's all his stud produces is just that "pet" puppies!!!! HIS customers that called me were shocked by this discovery!

Also everyone wants to know why the message he left on my machine about "health issues" that he knew about PRIOR, but wouldn't disclose, UNTIL AKC was after him hot and heavy to sign off on the litter application, talk about a scam artist!!

Everyone who has called has said what a moron this man is to slander your business and you are to pay him a judgment! There is no Judge in the U.S. that will enforce the judgment after all the slander he has committed on these boards.

Let's see what's the warrant for...per the detectives the warrant was for taking $4000 for a bred female, and never sending it. How many years ago has he had her money???

Furthermore, Bob Cox call Joe at the Illinois Attorney General's office he's still waiting for your call. He said you won't return his calls, and you won't respond to his letter he wrote you months ago demanding the $1000 be refunded to me. Why are you avoiding him?

Why do you just list "Marco" on your website, you list all your other dog's full names.
