Kelly Krauth is a lying decietful person she lives her life as a pedator ready to pounce on anything and any one if she thinks she can make a buck.

I beg the differ.  In October of 2010, we enlisted Kelly Krauth's help with obtaining a mortgage for our new home.  She worked VERY hard to legally and legitimately close our home loan.  Our realtor dropped the ball badly and Kelly was very helpful in helping us to keep on track.  Kelly was the one who told us what the steps were to be able to close on the mortgage, not our realtor (Prudential Real Estate in Edgewood, NM), such as inspections, appraisals, et cetera so that we could close on our home by October 31.  There were things that I could not resolve and did not have a clue how to resolve, things that the realtor SHOULD have done, so Kelly stepped in and was able to resolve those issues very quickly.  Yes, we found our home, which was a bank owned property, and closed on it in less than 30 days, all because of the professional knowledge, caring diligence, and giving nature.  Kelly solved several problems that our realtor should have handled, but didn't and I was unable to resolve.  We found absolutely no inappropriate or unethical in Kelly, personally or professionally.  As far as we are concerned, She is amazing, positive, thorough, and has a real talent for getting the job done!  I truly believe that if we had any other mortgage officer, we would not have our home today, all be cause of Kelly!!

It turns out that Kelly did not have a part in the subprime fiasco which is a good thing.

I, nor my company has EVER had a complaint filed anywhere against us. We have an untarnished reputation and our customers will speak to our integrity. We are NOT affiliated with Vanguard Financial.
