I work at Warner Health Care I hate my job. Currently I am looking for a new job. I hate lying to you customers. I just wanted to let you all know we do give refunds now. Just do not except no for an answer. We have to give them now, but we are not allowed to tell you this. Just keep asking and do not except anything but a refund.
Contact our owner, Steve Warshak, at warshak at one.net. Since he doesn't want to help his employees with any raise or PTO or paid holidays I am going to expose the company.
Also if you plan on buying avlimil, ogoplex, or enzyte send a postal money order we do take them and be sure to keep your receipt and send it with a tracking number to insure you know we get it so you don't have to worry about getting your credit card overcharged. These are the last days of this company. Call and get your refund if you have to call a lawyer. Nothing would make me happier than to see this company go down.

Customers have started to figure out that all of Warner Health Care is a Scam. Now the owner is trying to recoup his money by taking from the employees. Wages have been cut from $12-$14/hr to $8.50/hr. He took away the $3 million dollars worth of computers that we keep hearing about. We have no computers to look at customers accounts. We can no longer enter our orders or check our orders to see if we even get credit for them. They keep hiring new team leads that don't know anything about the company or product. They walk around and collect orders. You keep hearing about this new state of the art facility that we moved into. It is a dump. Half the toilets don't work and only two of the sinks have any running water. The floor has not been cleaned since we moved in. Greg Cossman threatened to close the bathrooms down and make us drive up the street to use gas station restrooms if we don't clean up the bathrooms. Job ads request that you have at least two years Health Care Experience, typing and sales. They offer 401K, Health Ins, Dental. etc. The truth is they hire anybody off the street that can write up an order and sell the product anyway you can. No benefits. You can get AFLAC which is only a supplemental insurance that you pay every penny for. Employees hate their jobs and the management because they are lied to everyday just like the consumers are lied to. We keep hearing rumors that it is just a matter of time before the doors are closed. They said the President has so many law suits that he had to cut our pay and our commisions to stay in business. If they ran the place on the up and up they wouldn't have so many customers upset. We are forced to push customers into upsells just to try to make a decent living. It is very cut throat now because reps are stealing other reps sales. Order entry dept is a joke. It they enter your order wrong you loose the sale. Decline recovery is told to do whatever it takes to recover the sale. In the end the customer and the employees get screwed.
