I had to pull off the road the other day and make an emergency phone call. In using a pay phone, I had to make 3 calls to reach the person necessary. The first two calls were unanswered, the 3rd and final call did answer and was less than 2 minutes in conversation.

I was neither told nor prompted what the charge would be. It was not listed anywhere, and there were no prompts while placing the call. Upon viewing my bank account, three charges were applied for $28.05 each! EACH! A total of $84.15!! Unbelievable! Are you KIDDING ME!!!???!!!

This will not be the last this company hears from me. They cannot be allowed to take advantage of people in need. Blatant abuse. Blatant.
