Legal Processing Associates Rude, harrassing phone calls all day to me, my place of employment and my family members---stating that there is a warrant for my arrest Austin Texas

I received a payday loan in the amount of $150, after paying $83 as an interest payment, I am now told I owe over $1000 for this loan. I was first notified by phone from this caller at Legal Processing Associates, that I had until the next day to wire the total amount to his company. I told him that I didn't have this type of money and I asked could I set up payments. He told me that it was too late to set up payments and if I didn't have the money in by 12 the following day I would be arrested on my job.

He called my job everyday for 2 weeks stating to anyone that answered the phone that a warrant would be issued for my arrest if I didn't pay him. Today, he has called all my family members assuring them that a warrant has already been issued and that I will be going to jail. I don't know my rights but I don't think this type of harrassment is acceptable. Should I get an attorney? Will I be arrested? Do anyone else have the same issues or concerns? Please HELP!!!!
