Lenox Capital, Inc. ripoff tricked and lied to us 1025 Rose Creek Drive Ste 620 PMB387 Georgia

We were contacted about a $2500 credit card for people with bad credit to get back on their feet. They took $221.95 out of our checking account in 15-21 business days and were supposed to send us our packet. We talked to a Bella on 11/21, she said there was a print delay and to call back on 11/28. We called 12/2 and talked to Shannon. She said it was printed, should get it that week. 12/4 talked to Lamonica, she said should be shipped "soon" and we were cut off before we could discuss more.

Called 12/4 and talked to Gloria, asked for supervisor, she said she would have supervisor call us back, never happened. 12/5 called and cut off at one ring. 12/16 talked to Linda, put on hold, came back and said will mail on Monday 12/9. 12/11 talked to a Linda, said it will be mailed on 12/13. Twice we have left numbers to have a supervisor call us and no one calls. We were told it was send Dec. 13. Called Dec. 20 and they said it was mailed and would take 10-14 business days. Dec. 31 called and they aid its in the mail somewhere. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they are checking on this also. We are probably going to have to file bankruptcy now because we were counting on that money to help us get caught up. Very frustrated with this company.
