I received 2 letters from this firm requesting full payment from the City of San Francisco account. The account has not been active for many years.

Does the firm, attorney spends time in their research before billing is made? The only access they provide is internet payment ONLY.

How to contest the claim? Consumer rights...? No, just pay (free money) I do not want to deal with the issue, just pay. So we can move on to the next fool (free money)
