I work for a call center in Johnson City, TN. WE ARE NOT OWNED BY LITTON NOR DO WE HAVE HANDS ON INTERACTION WITH LLS. Every day I sit in a small room calling Litton's customers and telling them that they are past due. I call people on the fourth day of the month when the payment is due on the first. Dont get me wrong, I make good money but feel really bad calling people for a "past due amount" on the 7th when they have until the 17th for a grace period.
Litton sends out a bill every month (so they say) that says the late fee date is the 17th. To most people that means on the 18th you are charged, no at midnight on the 16th you are charged a late fee. I really dont enjoy getting cussed out by people who still have 2 weeks to make a payment for free. Litton charges a 9.99 "processing" fee for a phone payment. The fee is not to process the payment. The fee pays my bonus for collecting the payments.
If anyone is serious about taking this company down let me know because I am on the inside and can help get the information you need. I work "for" Litton and represent them everyday on the phone but I am not allowed access to the account so that I can help the people I am calling and giving problems to. I have no clue how this company has stayed in business as long as they have. Every day i dread going to work because I know that I will be treated like shit and have to take it so I can keep food on the table.
As an "employee" of Litton I myself and trying to get the resources together to take down this monster myself. For more information about the illegal practices that are going on in the "satelite" office in TN, do some digging around for Advance Call Center Technologies. We employee "agents" for: Litton Bank of America MBNA Saxon AT&T Sprint Dell and several others that I am not allowed to know about. Something has to be done to stop the horrible conditions that I work in and the way I am forced to treat good people who just want to own their own homes. I will help in any way I can. Also if you are with Ocwen or Option One you are not safe as they have a contract with LLS to sell your mortgage and not let you know about it.

We have had problems with litton since they bought our mortgage.now we are in foreclosure,last I heard from them is our property taxes have not been paid. We have an escrow for that and it shows on their website it has been paid. Where has this money went,if our taxes are past due. This company needs to be STOPPED!!!!!!!!! How can we do this?????
