Loan Point USA Geneva Roth Capital Loan Point USA Going Retro, Trying to make past customers restart payment by threats. Salt Lake City Utah

In June of 2010 I was a bit straped for cash and contacted Loan Point USA online for a $400.00 payday loan, I was approved and my bank information accepted.  I repaid the loan plus around $700.00, and the company said that they would not stop the drafting of $200.00 plus each pay period (every two weeks) that was automatically deposited.  I lost my job at the end of 2010 and all my accounts were closed.  It is now 2013 and I recieved a call from a Mickeal Brooks with Waldman and Associates in Texas threatening me with felony charges.  What can I do about this?  It seems like they are reaching or should I say robbing people and trying to say that they can legally do this, is this right?
