Lord & Taylor didn't give me refund for return and ( shipped too late) Internet

is Feb 22nd and they still haven't refunded $252.88 back to my card.
This company has been very dishonest from the start. First they shipped my orders via ground shipping which took over 7 days even though I paid for and used 2 days shipping. Now after receiving my returns, they
would not process the refund.
This is nothing short of a scam.
