MCI ripoff Long Distance Service New York New York

I signed up on an MCI unlimited long distance plan which was supposed to be about $29.95 plus tax. This was a few months ago. Each month since, the bill has been over $100 with all of the calls itemised and the charges for each beside them. Each month since, I have had to call their "customer service" and was credited, and assured that the mistake had been fixed for good. This month, yes you guessed it, the same itemised bill.

The "customer service" representative (speaking from a call centre in India) said that the charges for the past two months are $180. And this is for a $29.95 plus tax unlimited long distance plan. Has anyone else had problems with this company?

Of course, I've also learned that MCI was formerly WorldCom, the Enron of the telecommunication industry. MCI is now part of Verizon Wireless.
