MICROSOFT INC. OFFICE 365 PERSONAL INSTALLATION PROBLEMS/DISHONEST HACKERS/OUTRIGHT FRAUD IRVING Texas

  This is actually a multi-national corporation. I used a Texas address but this is really a global company. I bought Microsoft Office 365 Personal at a Walmart store yesterday. It proved to be a huge mistake. Several installation websites are improperly designed. As a result I had problems getting the software installed thru the internet. These websites give the numbers 855-769-4231 and 855-812-5248 for assistance. Both numbers go to a foreign address, possibly India. The people at these numbers are EXTREMELY DISHONEST. Yes I mean outright fraud.

   I made the mistake of allowing someone who gave the name David Williams access to my computer. He manufactured a phony virus on my computer and said I would not be able to install MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 on my computer unless I paid a huge bill to remove the virus. I knew the whole thing was a hoax but I had already made the mistake of giving him access to my computer.

   I went into another MICROSOFT installation website. I kept getting messages saying that Microsoft Office had already been installed on another computer, only one installation allowed. In spite of this problem I somehow managed to get some software installed on my computer anyway and made partial use of it for a few hours. But I kept getting blocked off until I could no longer use the software at all.

   Walmart begrudgingly made a refund for $75.74, the total cost including sales tax. But Walmart wasn't at fault. The fault lies entirely with Microsoft. The CEO of this company, whoever it is, needs to be severely punished for allowing this sort of thing to go on. THe reason for the extreme dishonesty of the Microsoft Assistance personnel is easy to figure. Since they are far from the USA the FBI can't touch them and they can easily get away with. 

   I urge all readers of this message, PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY MICROSOFT product. Sooner or later you will be dealing with these overseas criminals. I urge WALMART, BEST BUY, TARGET, and other retailers PLEASE NEVER SELL ANY MICROSOFT software. You owe this to your customers.
