On Nov. 15, Mr. Desai purchased an item I had on eBay by hitting the BUY IT NOW option.
It is now a month and a day later, and Mr. Desai has not paid or responded to at least a dozen emails I sent inquiring why he hasn't paid.
Perhaps Mr. Desai thinks there are no repercussions to reneging on an eBay purchase. Well, Mr. Desai is wrong.
Would you trust Mr. Desai as a business partner in any transaction at all if he's not willing to honor his eBay responsibilities?
