I understand that many people are not happy when they get their cars
towed.  But this company has proven to me that their horrible ratings are completely justified.

I parked at 10:56 PM on Sunday, my car was
towed at 11:20 PM (according to the driver I spoke with.)  Such a short time seems suspicious already.

Then, when I called them up over the phone on Sunday, I was told that
I could come in that day and pay $315 due to an "after hours fee," or wait until
Monday and pay $270. Since I am a staving college student, I decided to wait.

When my friend who drove me parked in their lot, they were completely closed.
We had to wait around for the driver to show up and let us in to the
office- at 1:30 in the afternoon.  The driver whose name was Mark I
believe told me it was now going to cost $370. When I asked about the
discrepancy with the price he quoted me over the phone, he said "I made a
math mistake."  I probed a little further, and he said, "Well, I
thought it was only two days, but it turns out it was towed on Saturday
at 11:20, so 3 days of towing means $370."

I then threatened to talk to his manager because as clearly posted on the wall, an extra day
of storage should only cost $55.  His response was "I guess I made
another math mistake," referring to the $270 he quoted me over the phone.

Either he made two "math mistakes" in simple addition or he lied about the price.
