I can only hope that someone pays attention to this. I asked them to change my phone from one address to another. They told me that it would take 3 weeks to transper. This didnt make me happy but I delt with it.
Well one month later I recived a bill for the month that I had no phone for $113.00. I called them and they told me that it was there mistake and it would take another 3 weeks and a extra $50.00 to connect it. Another month past and I recived a letter saying that they were sorry and to contact them to fix the situation. We did and got the same run around. Now we have recived another bill for $161.00 and still have no phone. I cant think of anything else that I can do. Other than switch to another company.

I hate to tell you this...but you are dealing with the most vile bunch of thieving bandits on the planet. I would be very surprised if you get anything more than a pack of lies from MCI.
Pull the plug on MCI and get another service provider. That's about all you can do at this point.
