I know I had some judgements against me but I also had been unemployed for over 2 1/2 years. I was told any judgements would be leans on my Property. so when you either sell your home or refinance that is when you would have to pay back unless you file Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy.  I was going along with my life and just started working when my wife calls me AFTER her pay check goes into the bank to PAY THE MORTGAGE and that is when this Jackal Locked up my Account and leaves me and my wife with out any money for GAS , Food , or Medicine as I am a Diabetic and so is my cat....Yes my cat is Diabetic too. This cold uncaring B*TCH left me with out any money after getting paid like the cold hearted C*NT she is and her whole law firm including this jacka** named Garvin who wanted to blame me when I am living Paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to pay any thing more than what I have and they want my last drop of blood all over some old debt that went from like 3000 to over 6000 dollars.

THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO DO THIS TO ANYONE. LEAVING YOU WITH OUT ANY MONEY and THE MONEY IN THE BANK IS FOR MY MORTGAGE. IF I GET A LETTER FROM MY MORTGAGE COMPANY TELLING ME THEY WANT TO FORECLOSE BECAUSE OF THIS F*CKEN C*NT I WILL EITHER GET A LAW SUITE ON HER OR Something ELSE !
