Merchants' Credit Guide Co. /pinnacle Network merchants credit rippoff scam artist/do not pay unless its been justified Chicago Illinois

hi im complaining about a company called merchant credit guide. one day i open my mail box and seen a bill under my married name, keep in mind i havent been married for five years. at first i ignored it for about six months, intell i was ready to buy a house and it showed up on my credit report. well i decided to start paying on it so it wasnt on my report 300 dollars later of a 1,800 bill. well the bills stop coming for a couple months, so i thought that was weird. got online to see what this company was about, just to find out there was negativness and the same feeling i have.

i've tried to contact them three different times, just to find out where the bill started and requested printed information on what year, what company and the orginal bill. no email no phone calls, nothing. im starting to get pretty pist off, since the first time i tried to call and email there now sending me bills again demanding there money. i ignored the last bill called again nothing. so what happens i get another bill stating they want there money and now im delinquent. i just want answers, i dont feel this is my bill and if so it happened ten years ago.

i need some help because what there doing is wrong. daniel hill is the representive handling my situation. but i have also emailed and there not responding. am i wrong to want a explaintaion or they just looking to screw me for money?
