Michelangelo Amour Cooper practices internet fraud and Western Union (wire) Fraud by using a variety of internet dating sites in order to run financial scams on women. He is an inappropriate user.
Michelangelo Amour Cooper uses internet dating sites, webshots.com, and his physical attraction and aesthetics in order to victimizes women and to swindles all the women he can, including me, out of their money by wooing and romancing them into a farce/phony relationship and/or engagement to be married, telling them he is madly in love with them and wants to make love with them, and then dumping them and crushing their hearts. The fraud Cooper seduces women, comes on to them, wins their hearts, makes them fall in love with him, gives them a made-up/phony sob story to win their sympathy, promises to marry and take care of them, and then swindles them out of all their money. Then he scrams/disappears/leaves them. This is exactly what he did to me.
Cooper gives women a phony sob story line/con, the same story line/con he gave me, that he is a homeless veteran and broke, who lives on the streets, who got cheated out of his financial benefits by the Veterans Administration, who gave his house to his ex-wife so she would not have to live on the street, whose luxury van got stolen and auctioned, who has very little money to survive from, who is working odd jobs in order to survive, while waiting for his veteran benefits to get straightened out. He tells women and told me that his plan is to leave Dallas, Texas, and to go to live with his new wife, whoever that might be.
He promises to take care of the women financially when he gets with them like he promised me. Then he cons women the same way he conned me by telling them that his VA check did not come to him that first of the month and that he had to pay bills. Then he cons women the same way he conned me into wiring him money through Western Union to come home to them like he promised to come home to me. Then he scrams and leaves them, like he scrammed and left me.
Michelangelo enhances his seduction toward women and his ability to swindle them out of their money by uploading very young photographs of himself on the internet dating sites. Then he lies and convinces women, as he convinced me, that he actually looks that young and aesthetic at his present age of 57 years old.
Michelangelo Amour Cooper has been using the following internet dating sites in order to defraud women out of their money. His usernames on various sites are: MichelangeloC, mac3847, Profile ID No. 1064163547-362442, Headline Black French New Yorker Seeks Mate) and MACooper628, Michaelangelocpr.
I have reported him and his internet/Western Union (wire) fraudulent practices to all five dating sites, plus Webshots.com, Western Union fraud division, Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC), and National Fraud Information Center-Internet Fraud Watch. So far only two of the sites have removed Cooper and his profile from their dating site services so that he cannot operate and communicate with and defraud/swindle any more of their female clients.
He is a computer expect and has found a way to trick one dating site and has put himself and his profile back on that site and is now practicing internet fraud on that site under the username FunMichelangeloC.
On August 2, 2004, Michelangelo Amour Cooper, MichelangeloC (abuser) stole, conned, and swindled me out of $200.00 and then disappeared.
The abuser/fraud swindler lied to me and conned me by telling me that his VA check did not come on the 1st of August, as it should have. He claimed he had to pay bills. He asked me to wire the $200.00 to Greyhound bus station via Western Union. He said he would come home to me in Florida that night as soon as he had received the money. He asked me for $133.00 for the Greyhound bus line fare and $50 thp (to eat with on the trip), altogether 183.00. I sent him $178.00, plus it cost me $22.00 to wire it by Western Union (MTCN: 680-623-6340). The abuser/fraud, MichelangeloC picked up the money by about 9:31 p.m. CST and had at least an hour to get on the 10:35 p.m. CST bus leaving from Dallas, Texas where he lives and arriving to Pompano Beach, Florida, where I live.
The next day, August 3, 2004, Tuesday, I called Greyhound bus station to find out if Michelangelo A. Cooper, (the abuser/fraud/swindler/con), had gotten on the 10:35 p.m. bus on August 2, 2004. They searched their database and named all the tickets they had sold. They informed me that they had not sold a bus ticket whatsoever to Michelangelo A. Cooper. I called Western Union to find out where he picked up the $178.00. I learned that he did not pick it up at the bus station as he said he would.
On Saturday, August 14, 2004, I learned from Western Union that the swindler Michelangelo picked up the money at Dallas Check Cashers on 2332 West Davis Street. While I was at Western Union wiring the money on August 2, the abuser/internet fraud spoke to me on the phone and complained that he needed gas money and that he needed me to pay for the gas for the person driving him to pick up the money. The abuser/fraud had the audacity to demand that I give him my VISA credit card number so he could steal all my money for himself on his own. When I told him no I cannot help him with giving him my VISA card number, he viciously hung up the phone on me. He refused to answer the phone when I called him back. He went to pick up the money and never got on the bus to come to Florida from Texas.
On August 4, Wednesday, I logged on to Black People Meet (BPM) and saw that the fraud/abuser MichelangeloC had been online on (BPM). Yet he had not contacted me. I wrote the abuser and asked him what was he still doing in Texas and why had he not gotten on the bus and come here to Florida as he promised/agreed. Abuser, MichelangeloC lied and conned me by writing and telling me he had passed out at the Greyhound bus station while waiting to get on the bus, then continued to lie and to con by writing to me that he was in the hospital and was just now getting out of bed. Since August 4, the abuser has been going online at Black People Meet every day and has been completely ignoring me and my email messages and refusing to contact me to give me an explanation.
On August 5, 2004, I caught the abuser MichelangeloC online again, acting as if nothing had happened, and talking to other women. I wrote the abuser and asked him how is it that he is online and at the hospital sick at the same time. MichelangeloC wrote and instructed me to go back and read his previous message that he wrote me that he is at the hospital with high blood pressure and is dehydrated. He lied and conned again by writing that they are doing tests and that he will know something in the morning or know something in the evening and that as soon as they release him, he will get on the bus and come to be with me in Florida. Yet, Cooper conveniently never told me what he claimed he would know from the doctors.
The abuser/fraud, MichelangeloC has avoided my calls to his cell phone all week since the night he swindled me out of $200.00 by practicing internet fraud. He has refused to answer his phone to take my calls. Then I accidentally caught him by phone on Monday, August 9, 2004. I cried so hard and asked he when was he coming home to be with me and to marry me as promised. He lied again and said he was still at the Veterans hospital in Dallas, Texas, and that there is only one hospital there.
I asked him to give me the number there. He said he did not know the number. He avoided the same question when I asked him on BPM. I told him I had already previously called the Veterans hospital in Dallas on August 6, 7, and 8. They said several times that he is not there. I called Veterans hospital again in Dallas on Monday, August 9, after the abuser lied again and swore he was a patient there. The hospital told me that he was not there and that they knew who I was talking about and that he had not been there since last November 2003.
The hospital told me that he was not at the other Veterans Hospital in Bonham, Texas, either. I wrote the abuser/fraud on BPM and on his regular email to let him know that I know that he has lied and conned me. I demanded that he give me my $200.00 back immediately. Michelangelo is now completely avoiding my phone calls and has deliberately ignored all my email messages on BPM site and on his regular email sites.
On Monday, August 9, 2004, I called Michelangelo Cooper, crying, begging him not to break my heart and asking him why has he not arrived here yet. He told me he had had a heat stroke and that he was at the Veterans Hospital in Dallas and that they were running tests. He told me that he had have not been online at all this week. Michelangelo told me he would be home here with me in a few days and promised to call me and write me that night. I called the Veterans Hospital in Dallas the previous night and that morning. I asked them a few times if Michelangelo was there. They told me specifically that he was not there. They said he had not been there since last November. They told me is was not at the VA hospital in Dallas or in Bonham either.
On Monday, August 9, 2004, when I accidentally caught the abuser MichelangeloC on his cell phone, he continuously lied to me and conned me on the phone by telling me that he has not been online on BPM at all between August 3 and August 9, really playing me for a fool and an idiot. I told the abuser that I see him online every day. He lied and conned and claimed it was not him. I asked him then who has been logging on to BPM, using his user name and pass code? He claimed he did not know, but that it wasn't him. The abuser/fraud now avoids my phone calls. I wrote the abuser on BPM to let him know that I have figured out that he has lied to me about not logging in on BPM all week long.
I am extremely deeply hurt, depressed, and crying so much by the way that Michelangelo Amour Cooper came on to me on BPM from the beginning, around June 14, 2004, told me he wanted me and loved me and promised to marry me and take care of me and have a life with me. Now he has swindled me out of $200.00 and has abandoned me.
Michelangelo has also displayed very suspicious behavior on about two or three previous occasions, such as on July 10 (the first day we talked by telephone), July 17, and July 24 by violently and hostily cursing at me and slamming his telephone down on me for no reason whatsoever. My personal and professional training and experience of observing and working with or treating many drug addicts and psychiatric patients tells me that the abuser/fraud Michelangelo Cooper's extremely violent temper, rage, and cursing are either drug induced, specifically cocaine powder or crack cocaine induced, or are evidence his personality disorders: antisocial (inability to accept normal restrictions imposed by law, disregard of the rights of others, lying, conning, manipulating, committing crimes, stealing (without conscience), possible excessive use of drugs or alcohol); borderline (difficulty maintaining a consistent stable mood, unpredictable and impulsive behavior, outbursts of anger, irritability); paranoid (quite critical of others but virtually unable to accept criticism himself); high-Machiavellian (deceitful in relationships, has cynical view of human nature, little concern for conventional notions of right and wrong, skilled manipulator of other people, relies on his persuasive abilities, believes that the desired ends justify any means, believes that manipulation of others is fine if it helps achieve a goal, justifies his manipulative behavior as ethical, is emotionally detached from other people and is oriented toward objective aspects of situations, engages in unethical behavior, willing to do whatever it takes to get his own way; psychosis (condition manifest in his behavior, emotional reactions, and ideation, who fail to mirror reality as it is, react erroneously to it, and build up false concepts regarding it. His behavior responses are peculiar, abnormal, inefficient, definitely antisocial.)
Michelangelo would have to be on drugs, specifically crack or cocaine powder, and/or be antisocial, be psychotic, be high-Machiavellianism or be all four in order to easily lie, con, and to swindle me out of $200.00, promise to get on Greyhound bus to come to me in Florida, then not get on the bus to come here, but go back online, ignore me as if nothing has happened, plus violently curse at me and behave violently toward me on the telephone on those previous occasions. All five of Michelangelo's definite disorders/behaviors, including borderline and paranoid, may or may not be drug induced.
Michelangelo is extremely violent tempered, full of rage, out of control, and is a danger to internet dating sites women customers. You must not allow him to operate/practice on internet datings site in such a corrupt, wicked, fraudulent, and unlawful/felonious manner. You must stop that fraud/con/swindler Michelangelo A. Cooper from using internet dating sites, webshots.com, and any other websites to practice internet fraud in order to scheme against women, to run financial scams on them, and to swindle women out of all their money, as he did exactly to me.
The abuser/fraud Michelangelo lied to me by writing and telling me he had not been with a woman sexually in three years. Yet I located his wife (or ex-wife) on Tuesday, August 10, 2004, and learned from her that they have only been apart for one year.
On or about July 23, 2004, Friday, I called Michelangelo Amour Cooper at about 11:00 p.m. I caught another woman's voice in his room and in his presence. He and the woman, apparently his lover, were arguing. I specifically heard him make the statement and you see it! The woman in his room with him answered him immediately by saying, Yes, I see it every night. When Michelangelo discovered that I had heard the woman (obvious lover) and his conversation on the phone, he hung up and turned his cell phone off. It took me a while to reach him back.
He talked very nervously and claimed he was at church and could not talk. Then he claimed he was at work at the same time he claimed to be at church and could not talk and claimed that his conversation with that woman was business and had nothing to do with us as a couple. The next day, Saturday, the fraud/abuser Michelangelo lied and said the woman was after him and wanted him and that he did not know she was looking at him that way. He became enraged and violent when I asked him about his and her statement that I clearly heard. He kept rudely, cruelly, violently slamming his phone down in my face.
Michelangelo is lying about being in the hospital. He was never not in the hospital. He is lying about being sick and their running tests. He ignored my email messages to him on BPM and on his regular email, including my demand for him to return my $200.00, and refusing to account to me for why he is not in Florida now, for why he lied to me and swindled me out of $200.00 and for why he lied to me all along from the beginning about everything, every promise, about promising to marry me, about being in love with me when he never truly was. He is refusing to answer his cell phone to me.
The abuser Michelangelo is a player, a womanizer, a con artist/swindler, emotionally abusive, and hurts women without a conscience. He is corrupt and is dangerous to women on the internet and is dangerous to internet dating site customers. He is extremely reckless, violent tempered, and emotionally and physically harmful to internet dating site women clients.
On Thursday, August 12, 2004, Michelangelo called me to see where my mind was and what I am thinking. He again swore to me that he is still at the VA hospital. I told him I know he is not. He hung on me as I was talking. I called him back. It took me a while to get him on the phone. I demanded my money back from him. He violently cursed me on the telephone!! He continuously violently slammed his phone down in my face, hanging up on me. Then the abuser emailed me that day by writing, I was trying to tell you that the VA hospital can not give any information out to a person on the phone without prior authorization from the veteran, or it is lawsuit action. They may tell a caller anything! I was there, and am now on the highway.
In turn on, August 13, I replied: You will need to try a different lie and a different con. The one you are using is not advanced enough to work on me. I am a certified nurse assistant and a student registered nurse, remember? I have worked at all kinds of hospitals for over ten years. I know exactly what VA hospital policy is and the policy of all hospitals. Knowing hospital policies was part of my intense studies in nursing school and is a mandatory requirement in order for me to even work in a hospital. The fact is that VA hospital can and has the right to tell me if you are a patient there. They cannot tell me just anything and did not tell me just anything. But you did in order to cover for your scheme and abominable behavior. You cannot sue VA hospital or any hospital for telling a caller if you are a patient there or not. They told me the truth that you have not been at the Veterans Hospital in Dallas or in Bonham since last November. You told me a lie.
I dare you to prove to me that you were in the hospital by showing me admittance and release papers and the dates and doctor's take home papers for your self-care. I dare you to prove to me that you passed out at the bus station, waiting to get on the bus. Where are your witnesses at the bus station? I dare you to prove to me that you bought a bus ticket with the $200.00 you ripped me off. I dare you to especially take a hair follicle drug test for cocaine and to give the results to me. A hair follicle drug test will prove to me what has been in your system for the past two years. You may be on the highway all right, but you certainly have no intention of traveling in the direction of Pompano Beach, Florida, to my house.
On August 18, 2004, Michelangelo called my home phone when he assumed I would not be home to answer or that I could not hear the phone ring while I was online. He left a lying, conning message, claiming that we was in Florida and in route to me. To date, he has deliberately not come to me yet and never will.
Michelangelo is highly intelligent and shrewd. He is extremely secretive and deceptive. He hides his physical address from his victims.

I have discovered and received confirmation that Michelangelo is NOT in Garland, Texas, as he claims. This loser is actually prowling/lurking/floating around the Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia area. Like most ciminals, especially convicted felons, Michelangelo habitually migrates a lot, going from house to house and from female prey to female prey and in order to confuse his victims and even law enforcement and in order to cause his female prey/victims and law enforcement to lose track of him. He is always looking for a hand-out and believes that all women owe him something. As part of his strategy, at times Michelangelo uses telephone area codes and numbers in one state while actually living in an entirely different state. Previously, Michelangelo had a Clearwater, Florida, area code - 727 and telephone number while actually living in Dallas, Texas, but was lying and pretending he was living in New York, New York; San Diego, California; Leesburg, Florida; and St. Petersburg, Florida. Right now he has a Maryland area code - 301 and telephone number, while lying and pretending to live in Garland, Texas (in his deceptive rebuttal above); Burlson, Texas; and New York, New York.

Michelangelo is a convicted felon, a common criminal who uses the following alias names, which are listed in his criminal record; and these are the aliases he uses: Morgan Michael Cooper; Michael Angelo Cooper, Michaelangelo Cooper, Michael Cooper, Michaelangelo Amour Cooper, Michael Morgan Cooper, Michelangelo Amour Cooper. He was born on February 22, 1952, and is 53 years old and not 58 years old as he lied to me and to all other women on the dating sites. He changes his vital statistics back and forth on the sites in order to further deceive women. One day he admits to having over ten children. The next day he says he has no children at all. One day he says he is 58 years old. The next day he says he is 53. One day he says he is a location like St. Petersburg, Florida. The next day he says he is in San Diego, California, then in Washington, D.C., then Garland, Texas. He needs to make up his mind which one is it. But of course he has no mind, which makes it difficult to make one's mind up if you do not have a mind. And therefore he has no sense. Most felons and/or convicted criminals like Michelangelo usually eventually comply with their victims' demands when legally forced to do so. Their compliance is always forced and never voluntary. I had to take extensive legal measures and issue enormous ultimatums in order to force Michelangelo to repay some of my money. His repayment of only some of my money was by no means voluntary on his part or as he makes it sound in his rebuttal. If I had not tracked him down and pursued him and taken legal action in order to get back some of my money, he would not have ever paid any of it back. And he still owes me money. Michelangelo is still on the dating sites that I listed above, including Match, Yahoo Personals, Black Planet Love, and Afroconnections and advertising himself for dates and prostitution on Yahoo Members Directory and conducting an underground prostitution ring on Webshots. It is a felony to be on any dating site when you are married. It is internet fraud. It is a felony to commit internet fraud and prostitution and to swindle women out of their money on any dating site. He still commits internet fraud and prostitution and con artistry. Michelangelo is angry and/or disgruntled because I am no longer interested in him and have no use for him after the gross, cruel, brutal, abusive way that he treated me and cursed at me. He is angry and disgruntled because I have moved on with my life and because I am not begging him to come back to me and because I am not chasing him. He is angry and disgruntled because my son and I caught him romancing several women on my computer. Imagine Michelangelo using my computer in my house, romancing several other women and planning to be with them and then severely cursing me out, telling me F you, B, repeatedly, and then leaving me/dumping me right when I caught him, instead of having sense enough to repent, which he has no sense at all. I have emails from her attesting to her love for me and wanting me to un-block her from my mail locations, especially when I was on Black People Meet. I have no use for such sites presently and am happily married now. I hope none of you readers fell for her extensive, but well written lies about me. I happen to have a copy of the Western Union message that I sent her with much more money for her than you lied and said that I had stolen from her. She told me how Michelangelo came on strong to her because of her income of $150,000 a years. She told me how he avoided certain questions she asked because he had several things to hide. Michelangelo saw that Iris was not a woman who needed him and not someone he could control and belittle. He lost interest in her only when he saw that she was not going to give him any of her money. He will recognize Iris' name. All the 2,000 women I contacted thanked me for contacting them and for warning them about Michelangelo. They all found Michelangelo's stories that he told them very strange and were awed at his extraordinary ability to invent and to tell stories. He will pretend to want to come home to you and be with you and will use you to buy him a bus ticket or train ticket so he can travel near enough to get to his next women in or near the state where you live. He will get rid of you, dump you even faster if you ask him for your money back.
He will cheat on you and will sit in your house and use the phone and your computer to romance and to date other women while he is with you. On or about Thursday, December 30, 2004, while he was standing in my kitchen, Michelangelo confessed to me that he used to be on heroin. Most all heroin addicts that I have encountered in my personal and professional life who claim they used to be on heroin always still are. He is a very heavy cigarette smoker.
