Buyers and Sellers. Beware of doing any real estate transactions with Michelle Chauvin, a realtor and broker with i Realty Properties.

She is the financial Angel of Death. During the hot real estate market from 2005-2008, Michelle Chauvin took buyers that called on my property in the Seven Hills area of Green Valley in Henderson, Nevada,to where she could get a 6% commission, instead of the 5% commission she had agreed to on a real estate listing with Realty Executives in Henderson, Nevada.

She blew the hot real estate market for me, causing horrible financial damage. She knew my property was appraised at $600,000 free and clear, practiced Chinese Feng Shui in my house, by moving my furniture in a certain direction, brought a small model boat into my home and placed it in a certain direction, telling me that she always sells her houses with feng shui. I believed her in a hot,hot real estate market and used my 850 fico score to purchase a new lexus. Michelle Chauvin never showed my house once. I found out that when buyers called on my property,she took them to where she could get a 6% commission and blew the hot,hot real estate market for me. The result was I went through all of my savings and ended up in a Reverse Mortgage which has taken all of my equity, except 1/3 after the market crashed. My property was appraised at $317,000 after the real estate crash. I am now living on the credit that Met Life gave me. Not much left. Michelle Chauvin destroyed me financially. Buyer and sellers run from this realtor. It makes me sick to know that I could have parlayed my money from a $600,000 plus sale on a free and clear property, had Michelle Chauvin not sold me out for her own greed. She didn't have to take the 5% commission if she didn't like it. All real estate transactions are negotiable.

It won't help Michelle Chauvin to pay a company to hide Rip Off Complaint Reports on her dishonest business ethic's. That only lasts a short time. That is what Michelle Chauvin is doing regarding my rip off report on her. She doesn't want any prospective buyers or sellers to know that she is a "back stabing realtor" that destroyed me financially by using my front lawn to take prospective buyers, who inquired about my property during the hot real estate market in 2005-2008, to other properties for a 6% commission. She agreed to take my listing on my house appraised at $600,000 free and clear in 2005 for a 5% commission. She caused me irreparable financial damage. I tried selling my house with Michelle Chauvin two years before the real estate crash. I originally gave her a 4 month listing and keep extending the time for almost 8 months. She changed the time frame on the MLS listing to make it look like she was my agent for a month, instead of almost a year. This back stabing realtor isn't to be trusted in any real estate transactions.

Give it a rest!  I notice that you conveniently forgot to mention how you purchased a brand new BMW BEFORE your house sold.  How is that the fault of any realtor?

YOU made your financial mess, not the realtor.  IF there were no offers for your home, that is a tangible indication that you were asking TOO MUCH for it.  That's the risk with real estate.  It doesn't matter WHAT the appraisal is; that only counts for obtaining a home loan or second mortgage.  The reality is that your house is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it.

You really should stop this nonsense.  You're really leaving yourself open for a defamation law suit which would only WORSEN your financial situation.  You weren't too smart in the past and you're not being smart now.

Wise up and move on with your life.

She is a Bait and Switch realtor. She wanted a 6% commission and accepted in writing a 5% commission. When potention buyers called her on my property, she took them to other properties where she got a 6% commission and blew the hot real estate market for me in 2005-2006. My house was appraised at $600,000 free and clear and now it is worth $214,000 after the real estate crash. I was forced to get a reverse mortgage which has taken all of my equity. She destroyed me financially.

I wish I had never heard the name of Michelle Chauvin. She is the angel of financial death and practiced Fen Shui in my home during my listing with her. Not only that but she lied on the MLS that she was my realtor for one month. I gave her a four month listing with extentions that went almost a year.

Avoid any real estate transactions with Michelle Chauvin. She is a realtor/broker with i Realty Properties in Henderson, Nevada.

She is the Angel of Financial death. She destroyed my life. I listed my property which was appraised at $600,000 free and clear with her during the hot real estate market of 2005. She excepted a 5% commission but took potential buyers to where she could get a 6% commission. Not only that but she practiced feng Shui during the sale of my property causing me permanent financial damage. She ended up blowing the hot real estate market for me. Not only that but she lied on the MLS site for realtors, stating that she only had my listing for one month, when I gave her a four month listing and kept extending the listing agreement. She represented my property for almost a year, using my front lawn to place a For Sale Sign and take buyers away from my property. Then the real estate market crashed and I ended up in a reverse mortgage which has stolen all of my equity. I tried selling two years before the real estate crash. I didn't owe a penny on my property.

How evil is this?

Buyers and sellers. Beware of doing any real estate transactions with Michelle Chauvin,realtor/broker with i Realty Properties in Henderson, Nevada.

Michelle Chauvin caused me to lose 3/4 of a million dollars in cash during the hot real estate market in 2005-2008. I ended up in a reverse mortgage which has eaten up all of my equity in my property because of her. She destroyed my life.

Run from this back stabing realtor/broker.

Michelle Chauvin is posting these rebutals to my very valid complaints on her real estate ethics.

She practiced Feng Shui during her listing agreement with me in 2005 and caused a financial disaster for me. Buyers and Sellers, run from Michelle Chauvin. She isn't to be trusted in any real estate transactions.
