this company has learned to swindle americans out of thier hard earned money. I have yet to recover minimum $1000. and more if possible. this company sent me a motor that looked like it was dug from the ground at a wrecking yard. this all began in january 2005 and i am still with out my money they have the motor. i would call them and they would pass me from one person to another laughing at me over the phone at time cussing and stating racial slurs about previous customers complaining. my goal this moment is to just get my money back and educate the public about this awful business. i have all the documents in my possesion including a picture of the broken motor they had sent me which i want to mention showed up i believe nearly 2 to 3 mo. later my customer was so angry that i had dealt with a establishment like this and to this day he has never forgiven me. there is a individual at the time his name is shawn and he is the one that was speaking racial slurs on the phone about spanish people. if there is a firstclass action law suit i want to be involved why i want my money back and i have gone through so many routes trying to do same and each one has been unsuccessful. that is why i am trying this online. from this bad experience i have learned that if a person pays for something outside their state that it's best they pay with a credit card that way their purchase can be disputed . i happened to pay with my debit card because i felt these people were professional when i accessed their website and the phone recording they had mislead me into thinking these people knew what they were doing. i guess they did know what they are doing when it comes time to ripping off the american consumers.
