Mobiloans LLC Gave me a loan then notified me that they are not licensed in WA. Marksville Louisiana

This online company sent me an email offering me a payday loan.  I was quickly approved for $600.  After borrowing the money the company informed me that they counldn't loan me anymore money because of state law.  I researched them and found that they were not licensed in WA state.  They were notified last year to stop loaning money to WA residents until they purchased a businees license.  They ignored the State and continue their practice.  Under WA law, any loans that they make to a resident of the State need not be repaid.  They knowingly and willfully committed fraud by preying on unsuspecting residents.  They charge unusually high interest rates.  AVOID doing business with them.
