Mooser Moto BJ MooseRiders Wholesaleyournextatv.comchampion-101 on Ebay Utility vehicle scam - Buyer beware Statesville North Carolina

On April 14, 2014 entered agreement to purchase new assembled UTV ready to ship from mooser moto llc on ebay.  On April 16th BJ Moose requested shipping information and  indicated that upon verifying receipt/clearing of funds he would ship unit and provide shipping tracking number to my location.  Wired funds on April 16 and sent confirmation to Mr Moose.

He indicated I would have the vehicle within the week and I would recieve the tracking number in a couple of days.  A week later he indicated thet the item was held up in customs and would ship in a couple days.  Needless to say, I will not go on about all the different excuses I received including that the item was shipped to the wrong address.  (he was unable to provide any documentation of this).  I asked where it was as I might be able to pick it up..

He has not returned any calls or emails since.  I spoke with detectives with the Irredell Sheriffs office and they are very familiar with this individual and they are not taking police reports any more as there are too many.  They indicated that the matter has been turned over to the NC Attorney Generals Office.  The Attorney Generals office indicated that he has not responded to the two inquiries in my case and they are still moving forward.  It is July 22, 2014 and he still has not returned calls or emails.    

This individual will say anything to make a sale and collect the funds.  Buyer Beware.
