Mountain Loan Centers MOUNTAIN LOAN CENTERS IS GOING DOWN! Utah

So... I got a loan with these lowlife sums! I went to pay off my loan completely and I was told there was an additional 30 dollars on my loan. It was a late payment. Mountain loan centers gives a one day grace period to be "late" I called there store to verify my payoff and a certain date and to verify my due date. I even got a text message that day saying I was 1 day late and needed to pay.  I went in on that day and they had attached a late fee. I was told the late fee was attached because my loan was actually due 6 days previous. What? I showed the text and told them of the phone call verification. The women called corporate and came back to me and said not to worry about the late fee that she would take care of it. I paid off the loan and left.

ONE week later I got a text message saying I was late on my loan. I had just paid it off hte week before? AND the text messages saying I was one late were only 6 days apart? There due dates are every 14 days. I called and was transfered to corporate. Now the amount was even highter. I was tranferred like 3 times and each time had to tell everything all over again. They only response I got was a robot... your contract says you were late and you signed your contract. 

Over the next couple of months it was living hell! I was harassed, threatened, made fun of and mocked by Mountain Loan Centers. Each time they called I talked to them. Explained all I wanted was the 30 dolllar late fee gone like it was promised and explained the entire story. 

Then the threats to sue came. I said fine, sue me! I am happy to go to court with you. Each time they  callled I just racked up and noted sooo many things to Share with the judge. 

One week I didnt get a call. Then, the next week no on called me. So... I called them. I was told my file had been turned over to there legal department. I waited to hear from there legal department and NOTHING. So... I started calling the courts. I found the case and was told by the court lady to wait to be served. So... I waited. 

After a week nothing.... so I called the court again and she asked me what my address was. they had an incorrect addresss. So.... I called mountain loan centers.... of course, I was told it had been turned over to there legal department and they wouldnt give me any other information. 

I called the court back. They gave me the phone number of Mountain Loan Centers council. I called and left a voicemail for there council. I told him he had the wrong address to come serve me and gave my correct address and asked for a return call.  NO RETURN CALL. 

about 3 weeks later I check my credit.. What? A judgement had been filed for over 560 dollars from a 30 dollar late fee. 

I called the court. According to the court I had PERSONALLY BEEN SERVED!

I called mountain loan centers. I was transfered to Randy. I asked Randy how they could have a judgement against me when I had not been served? He said if there was a judgement I had been served. I repeated that I had not been served. He told me that was between me and the courts. I said thank you, I will for sure see you guys in court You f**king pieces of scum. 

Randy called me right about 10 seconds later back and informed me my phone conversation with him had been recorded and woudl be played to the judge. I said whatever and hung up. I didnt know you could record a conversation without some ones permission? SO.. he was prob in the wrong for not informing it was being recorded or he LIED. 

Then.. Get this... He called me back less than 15 seconds later He siad... Good luck in court and he hung up on me. WOW these guys are sooooo professsional. 

I immediately called a lawyer. I have to get a second job just for the 1,000.00 down payment for him to file all his motion to set aside filed within 90 days and get me my day in court with these guys. I WILL see them in court and I will have my day!
