I tried to request a full refund of the purchase price of the MyDietPatches, but all I got was the run around.
I order the product believing what they stated, that I was not taking any risk, however, I now find myself with all the risk and out of my money with on results. I ordered the product in Oct of 2004, I did not
receive the product for several weeks thinking that something had went wrong with the order.
After I receive the product I did some research and did not start using the product for several more weeks. I call the customer support center once or twice to seek help because the patches would not stay attached, no matter where I placed them, I receive very little help, their response was to buy some glue and glue it to my body, instead, I started to tape the patches to my body, making it a very trying process.
After using the product for the full 90 days, ending only a couple of weeks ago, my weight was still the same. I am very disappointed with your product and now they are giving me the run around about a refund, first telling me that my time has run out for me to request a refund, make it seems as if there were delays put into the shipping time to cost me time to ensure I could not get a refund, then giving me a email address that does not work and when I called back they gave the run around again saying that they can send it there, it must be my email. Now I have no way to contact them, other than the 1-800-901-1182 and they keep telling me the same thing.
Once again the consumer is being ripped off, this has got to stop and these people should be made to repay any one who was not 100% satisfied with their product.
