Wife and I bought two new net 10 cell phones. After trying to activate the phones, the company told us they are unavailable in our area. I bought these phones 6 miles from my house. The reps claim they would have to send a new sim card in order for the phone to work. When my wife called a second time they said they will not be sending another sim card and that we are basically out fo luck. We can not return these phones as the store has a no return policy. The company refuses to replace with a different phone ro to help in any way to get the "nationwide" phones we bought activated. No where on the box or info provided for the phone does it exclude our zip code which the company says is no good for service. This is suppossed to be a NATIONWIDE phone!
