National Processing Division , AdvancedCash lawfirm, filing suit against social security number, New York New York

I received a call from Erik Carter with a very heavy accent( possibly indian) telling me that a case has been filed against my name and social security number. When asked who this was from, i got told Advance Cach, and was proceeded to get a case #. I then asked when this money as suposeddly given to me, and got a date out of nowhere, i was trying to tell this person that i never received the loan.
Got told i owe $475 and they wanted a yes or no answer if i was going to pay, and then proceeded to tell me that i could not get any physical evidence on this "loan". i got an immediate call back from Zack carter (again heay accent) given a phone # 646-918-5119, got told it was in New York. i asked for another number to call. wouldnt give one.
This is a scary, these people have social security and bank numbers, cell numbers. Report this to Atterney generals office.
