I'm having a very bad experience. i called Saturday in the morning because i noted Fed Ex web page has a warning wrong address. i call to Fed Ex and they explain me something goes wrong with the address and they call the company that sent this package www.orchids.com someone from this company said destroy the package so Fed Ex just scrap the box.
After this i called the guys from orchids and a guy with a very bad mud and attitude told me they can not do nothing on a wrong address i was trying to explain me OK at least lets verify the address to see what happened and he refuse to continue talking, i was trying to explain him no body call me or email me to verify the address so how this guy decide just scrap this package including 3 flowers inside in where i paid 85 USD i mean we can solve this issue I'm assuming a typo mistake in 5 min but no body call me or email me that's not fair. The thing is he just drop me the call. i called again and he again told me we delivered 1,000 thousands orders a day i can not put attention to all of this orders and drop me again.
I'm submitting a formal demand on the FTC Consumer Complaint Form and also to the US Consumer Protection. Now I'm reading from customer review from another web pages this is not the first time this kind of abuse is happening, and based on this i noted the guy i was talking unfortunately was the owner of the company so imagine what you can expect from a guy like this. So please dont buy nothing from this web page if you dont want to be treated like me, no flowers, no money no nothing refuse to use this vendor, and if you dont believe me take 5 min to see what other persons thing about the web regarding this company.
