Norris Auto group okc Misleading, and horriable customer service oklahoma city

 I was looking for a truck and found one listed on auto trader . i called Norris auto group and was dealing with the internet manager , i explained my situtation that i was interested in a truck of there's. So i went into the bank and get finicianed andwhy  was approved . So  the internet manager transfered me over to Troy the Manager and he said let me make for sure we still  have the truck and call you back. Which he never did so i called again and he stated he wouldnt be able to sale me the truck for what it was listed for , due to he put a lift and tires on it. Which i understand mistakes happen but why lead me along and finaly tell me that oh guess what you dont get the truck. So he stated he'd call me back and never happened avoided my phone call's. What happened to customer service these days ! Ive seen similar reviews to where they are misleading, which first hand they are. Im not one to complain but there So called manager Troy needs some training on how to follow through with customers.
