The North Shore Agency, Inc has sent me several notices in the mail that they are collecting a debt that I did not pay. I ordered a book that was advertised on TV, Bottom Line Power of Aging. To place the order you have
to give a company a valid credit card number for them to process your order. This is a standard practice currently, before a company will send you an item.

I have received several notices from the North Shore Agency that they are collecting a debt of $35.92, which I charged on my Chase Mastercard. I've tried to contact then by phone with the number that they have on there
notice, 516-370-9480, but this is an automated phone systems. On the most recent notice that I received, I tried calling them again. I found out that there
phone number had been changed to 631-752-1609. This is still an automated phone system which you can't speak to anyone. You can leave a message which I don't think they'll return if it is a complaint about there fradulent
collection business.

I did a search on the internet for this company and found many complaints and lawsuits against North Shore Agency Inc. for there fradulent business practices. During my search on the internet I did find a different phone number for the, 800-676-4660.

I called this phone number, there were several options that if you selected them you where transferred to the automated phone system and were asked to leave a message. Options 1 & 3.

There was one option that I got a person on the phone. Option 4, John Lively of Finance. The first time he transferred me to customer service and I got the
automated phone system. I called him back, when I got him on the phone I told him not to transfer me that this was a matter of Finance. I told him that
I was going to file a complaint if North Shore Agency continues to send me notices for something that has been paid for. He took my name, address, phone number and ID# that was on the notice. He said that someone would
call me back regarding this issue, I told him don't bother to unless you want a complaint filed against North Shore Agency. The ID number that I gave him
is 07 15 6002 5273,TYPE-NQB .

The only way that I can think of that they got my name and address was from the company that shipped the book. If it was the company that took the order, they would have my credit card number. There has been no illegal
transactions on my Chase Mastercard.

If you can please stop this fradulent business practice that they are doing. They are probably scaring older people to pay this or else it will be put on
there credit report.
