I was an intern at this company for 3 weeks and my job was to cold call, get applications out and turn it over to my team leader to close. I was told I needed to make 600 phone calls and do 30 referals if I was going to get paid $300 for the week. I along with most of the interns met those goals but not one of us got paid. Josh Brown, Jesse Bumbaca and Pete Caruso are the owners of this complete mess. They pulled me in and told me that they were not going to pay me again because some of my referals had a disconnected number or they lost my call sheet or I was burning through the call sheets. I quickly found out that they were using the same excuse with each intern even though we were hitting the goals. After meeting with all of us they changed the guarantee structure where we needed to send 10 applications and get 5 appllications in one week!!! AND they lowered our pay to 250. They soon fired me as well as most of the interns because we were wondering when we were going to get paid. I've probably put in at least 200 hours of work and I have nothing for show. I hope to god every future intern reads this. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!
P.S. Jesse Bumbaca is going to respond to this and be adament about how I need to come forward or contact him if I'm owed any money.....lol
I've been trying since I've been fired and he's always in a meeting or away. I can say the same for all the interns as well.

Josh Brown in cuffs and 78 counts of fraud. Jesse my boy not far behind. I posted long ago this would be the result of these guys. They were so bold in their theft that they figured it could go on forever. Jesse is trying to figure out if he is going to be able to stay out of jail at this point. Josh is all done. He will be kissing the Brazilian princess good bye for a long time. Karma!
