Omnitech support Jeffery I called omnitech support for help because I could not open microsoft word 2010 they said they couldnt fix it. Then asked to do a health check and I gave them petmission to do so. Internet

Omnitech support lis a rip off and they will harm your computer. I refused to pay 159.99 for their program and he told me my computer wold crashbecause it had malicious threats on it so I exited out of their help resyated my laptop and ended up hsving to restore the whole thing. My screen was black and the only thing u could see was their program. My suggestion to you is do not let them gain access to your computer they do not help fix your microsoft program they just want you to pay and if you refuse they will hack your computet.

As these allegations are posted anonymously, unfortunately we are not in a position to offer any comments as to what, if anything, actually transpired. We record all communication and every keystroke of our communication and work with every customer and can prove our position on any issue.  By the way, there has not been a customer of OmniTech support named, Bunny.

We, OmniTech support provide cost effective support; we do not rip anyone off or perform any other unethical practices. We invite the complainer to provide some details like his/her name, alleged date of contacting us; and we would be more than happy to inform him/her as to what we found on any issue to be and how we can
resolve it. If we were not able to resolve that issue, we would be happy to provide a full refund if he/she ever had paid us in the first place. We always strive to have our valuable customers being delighted with the service and value they get from us. Thats why we have earned and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
