One Call Communication, Navicom Total scam, we received a bill for $18.50 for services but they offered no detail and they can't seem to remember what for. Ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

Last week we received an invoice from One Call Communication - there was no detail of any kind on the invoice, just an amount, $18.50. The name Navicom also appeared on the invoice in small letters and said "they set up conference calling".

I called the company and said it must be a mistake, we would not have set up a conference calling line for any reason - I was told it was no mistake. They insisted we must have set up a conference calling line and recorded a message on October 19. They played what they said was our "greeting", it was about three seconds of garble. They were very rude, I gave the phone to my husband and he asked for a supervisor - he was put on hold and no one ever picked up the call.

My husband called them back later in the day and this time he was told that the charges were for a call made to a number we got off of TV for an entertainment item. He asked what that item might be and what happened to the "conference call line" they insisted we had set up on the earlier call? More rudeness, and a supervisor supposedy came on the line and was even more ugly than the other person he talked to.

We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Ohio, the Attorney General, the FCC and the FTC. We Will NOT pay!!
