They will get burned sooner or later, I believe that shit happens to crooked people and these people will get what they deserve.
Employees that are called independent contracors must be licensed and insured and pay their taxes. I hope the State & Feds nail their ass to the wall.

OSM is nothing more than an advertising agency, however the way they present themselves and the services they allegedly offer creates a requirement in Clark County to have a dealer's license.
I lived in Las Vegas for 7 years and was in politics.
I know for a fact they they are operating illegally, and as soon as someone files a formal complaint to the consumer affairs division, OSM is done.
They are operating illegally.
