Hello and good day.

I am writing in regards to a rebate that was offered though onrebates.com. I am having a problem getting the rebate check re-issued.

I purchased some software through frys.com on November of 2007 and it came with a rebate of $60. The rebate was approved on Feb, 2008. The rebate check was sent 2/13/2008. I never received the rebate check. I called customer service on July 30th, and was promised that the check would be re-issued within 1 week.

I waited two more weeks, and no check. I once again called customer service and was told a clain would be put into the Finance department for processing and sent within a week. I have called every two weeks since then and have been told numerous excuses (the finance dept is not answering the phone, the request is being placed in the escalation pile, etc) and still no rebate.

I think its ridiculous that I have to wait 3 months to have a check reissued. Its frustrating to have to call every two weeks only to be given the run-around. I would like the $60 rebate check to be issued immediately. If I do not receive a response shortly, I will be forced to contact the BBB and the Florida attorney general.
