Orlando International Resorts And Conference Center ripoff someone busted in my room, stole my camera later in the day Orlando Florida

Every one please beware don't ever stay at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel the morning I was scheduled to check out some one busted into my room while I was asleep and quickly slammed the door once they realized I was in the room. We called downstairs to the front desk to see what was going on, they told us it was the housekeeper. We told them it was a man that entered the room they told us Oh it was the maintenance man I quickly gathered my things up to leave the hotel. I checked out the hotel and forgot my digital camera on the nightstand.

I went back to the hotel about 20 mins after I checked out, the lady at the front desk gave me a key and I went to the room. It was cleaned so they called the cleaning lady. She claimed she didn't see a camera.

I called the police and filed a report. When I returned home to Chicago I called the hotel to speak with the manager. After about 10 calls that day he finally took my call. He told me he questioned the employees and no one had the camera.

Two days later the insurance lady calls and takes a statement. She then calls the next day stating that the manger told her no one entered the room and the room was not cleaned when I returned. They are refusing to pay for my camera and didn't even apologize that someone busted in my room.

Please if anyone knows what I can do please please help.
