Overnight Genius Returs - Aaron Bailey Customer Service Manager i cancelled free trial then sent the wrong cd back.when informed they would not let me send 2 back 6899 Boulder Colorado

i accepted a free trial 2 weeks had to cancel before time was up. i did just a few days later. they accepted and said i had to send a c.d. they mailed back.

i mailed the only cd i had from them back. i did not even open the package up. after i sent that off another came.i have no idea what this site was doing.

they charged my credit . called and told me i had sent wrong thing back. i informed them i had now a second cd and i will mail it back also. i needed ra#to put on this package as i had the first one. which i could not get from any information from anyone at this time .

i was charged $74something and they were done. sorry!
i e-mail them again today.this is just a rip off and they go after people like me. someone needs to deal with junk. i will never order off internet again. my other sites until this have been good, buy you can't another chance like this.
