Hi, Could you please tell me what I should do about a personal loan I got on the 28th July of last year. I received a loan for $1500 but yesterday ( 10/08/2008 ) I received a letter bill from a bailiff with the amount owing on it being $4,139.40 made up of $3781 for claim and rest for fees including filing fees. Now with interest it was $180.00 per month for 14 fortnights, I have checked my bank records from last year and noticed I have paid 10x $180 and 1x $90 which is a total of $1,890.00 so I would really be grateful if you could put me on to the right path with this as I can't afford to be ripped off like that. My calculations I would probably owe around $630 so why has this turned into a ridiculous amount ? The loan was from ozeloans and I shouldn't or anyone else be able to be ripped off like this, Please help regarding this situation. Thankyou

Same deal, take the mongrels to court and sue them for whatever you can get out of them for puting so much stress on you, if you don't owe it do't pay it, we are not put on this world to pay bills that don't exist, don't waste your time with the frauds !!
