It recently came to light that Jeff Paris, AKA ZeroFunk, is doing business again under a new domain called PHPintheUSA.com
Now, thisis the SAME Jeff Paris with numerous Rip-Off reports and the same Jeff Paris who flames his antagonists, sells stolen software and claims it as his own and sells services using hacked and/or stolen websites and code.
I know this man, personally. He has launched various attacks on me personally, my company and is known to have serious legal problems dealing with Breaking and Entering, Theft and abuse of women and children.
I see that he is offering to sell software and services and I would caution any buyer to beware of legal complications of using his services or software. It could and most likely would result in legal problems.
Jeff is known to use multiple names and internet alias's to make blog posts, forum posts and even Rip-Off Report posts so beware any information posted that purports to make Jeff seem like a good character.
Jeff has serious mental issues and not only feels no problem with selling stolen software and code, but in attacking the very people who have helped him out in the past.
For a starter set of information on this character just do a google search using the terms "jeff paris scam" or "zerofunk scam" and I'm sure you'll get the picture.
Hopefully, you will not get taken in by this fraud.

I posted this to answer questions regarding this report. Unfortunately, ripoffreports cannot be removed, even when false.

I also say to Mike Mann that he should take his so called evidence to the proper authorities regarding the accusations of abuse. I know they don't exist, so go ahead and give them to the police. Hell, tell the so-called vistims to sue me. They cannot because I have not abused anyone.
I recommend a psychological evaluation of Mike Mann, these rants are false and out of this world.

All of my software is 100% original. That is why my customer come back time after time. Nice try.
The stuff on the web about me was posted by you and the desrochers. The desrochers appologized and they did it out of anger, just as you.
If I steal software, tell me the source of said software and the name of the developer.

Abuse of women and chilren? I have never abused anybody, but nice try. You will say anything to hurt a person, but my squeaky clean criminal record, healthy and happy daughter, and happy girlfriend say otehrwise.

Dude, you are posting this becuase I blew the whistle on you with homeland security and told those you ripped off how to get ahold of you.
If my company is a scam then why do I have a 90% recurring customer rate? Why does my company have positive ratings with Digital Point? Why is my portfolio original jbs done for clients, when yours was stolen from Salus Technologies?
I am done fueling your fire. This is a retaliation against me for blowing your scam sky high. My customers refer me more customers then come back for more.
