POWERSPORTSMAX.COM LOUSY SSR 125 SEMI- NO HELP FROM POWERSPORTSMAX.COM- NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SOUTH EL MONTE California

4-21-2013 I bought a dirt bike for my son, SSR 125 Semi from PowerSportsMax.com for $689.90.  We recieved it and immediately found it to run very rich with alot of bubbling sound.  We had to stay on the throttle or else it would die right away. We could not let it off of the choke at all.

I took it to a local motorcycle shop to have it looked at.  He adjusted the carb and said that I get what I pay for and that'll be $95.00.

I called PowerSportsMax.com and they sent a new carb with standard postage.  We're now 3+ weeks that my son has not been able to ride with his friends, even though he has a new bike.

We installed the new carb and now the engine runs as if it's being raced.  The throttle does nothing to slow it down at all.

I've called PowerSportsMax.com MANY times.  Every time they're experiencing high call volume.  In fact, today I called 4 times- each time on hold for 10 minutes- while some genius tells me that my call is very important- only to be told to leave a message.  The fifth call got through to a young lady who hung up on me after hearing my order number and name.  Apparently she doesn't understand the service part of customer service.

I was told last Thursday, May 16, 2013 that a manager was going to call me to work this out and help.  I'm still waiting for that call.

This company does not back up the products that it distributes.  The customer service is a joke and the management doesn't care.

PowerSportsMax.com is a terrible company to do business with.  Do so at your own risk.
