This company solicited my phone line with an offer to place my company at the top page of google for advertising of the Home Service that I own.  The salesman suggested a plan that would bring me to the top of google for about 3 clicks a day would cost $375.  As a business owner having adveritised on google before I knew this sounded too cheap, however if he only delivered 1 call not 3 I would still be ok.  I asked if this was a contract and he replied there was absolutely no contract or obligation to continue service.  I agreed to 1 mo. of service knowing that if it did not work I would only be out $375 or if it did work I would continue services.  After 1 week it was obvious that I was not showing up on the top, middle, or bottom of google.  Simply not there.  I gave it 1 more week (2 weeks) total do appear but it never did.  I called in not to cancel but figure out the reason it was not showing up.  At that time Eric Kramer the "manager" answered and said that he was sorry but I was highly undersold, he stated that he had worked with other people in MY industry and for some reason MY industry was much more expensive to advertise on google and that he suggested I spend $1,100 per month vs. the original quote of $375.  I explained that this was too much for me to afford and that I would not partiicipate in any further advertising at that time.  He kindly understood and even offered to put my account on a "Blow Out" budget meaning that since my $375 was set up to last one month but obviously was not working, the blow out idea would be so that he would spend my $375 much faster possibly in a day or two but this way i would maybe get a call the next to at least generate my $375 or close to back, and part ways.

The next month, my card was processed for another $375.  I called and spoke this time with the "real" manager John.  He said that the blow out program was absolutley the wrong way to do things and suggested i spend the $1,100 but he would reduce to $950.  I had to re explain the whole thing to him and that he was NOT supposed to have charged my card again, we had not contract or written agreement for that matter.  He understood and said that while Eric told me he would cancel my account, Eric did not have this authority and that all cancelations needed to be sent to him in writing, at least 3 days before the next biling cycle.  With this I was upset but sort of understood mis communication does happen.  I wrote an email to them 11 days before my next billing cycle that I would NOT like to participate in any further advertising.

The next, third month, they charged me $375 again.  I then called my bank to dispute these last 2 charges.  A representative from VISA investigated this situation and said that it was clearly not a recurring bill, they had no legal right to charge my card any more than one month without my approval and that they would be refunding my account $750 for the 2 fraudulent charges.  The first one although sort of a scam i agreed that was my gamble and my loss.  Visa made Priority Placement Media aware of the fact that they would be deducting the $750 from their merchant account.  Priority Placement Media tried to dispute this but was ultimately denied, money was returned to my account.  When all of this took place the banker suggested I change my VISA card number incase they tried to do it a 4th time or more.  I changed my card number and went  on with my life.

Four months later I get a collections notice in the mail for $375 owed to these people.  So they tried to charge me again after all of this, my card declined of course because we changed the number.  This company is terrible, if they invested as much energy into being legit as they do into being a scam, they would be able to run a real business.  I am not sure if they do good work for anyone else across the country or world but can not imagine they do.  I am now in the process of spending 2 or 3 times the amount they want to collect just to go to court and battle it out.  I will not let a company like this bully people around knowing the amount they tried to collect is less than court costs.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THES PEOPLE, THERE ARE MANY OTHER ADVERTISERS OUT THERE WHO ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY PROPOSE.
